Over the course of our 41 years of service to Southwest Florida, our staff of more than 135 employees have designed and inspected numerous water and wastewater treatment plant projects, countless force mains and lift stations, and hundreds of miles of water and sewer lines for such clients as Lee County, the City of Fort Myers, the City of Cape Coral, Collier County, the City of Naples, Sarasota County, and a host of other municipalities in our area.

Throughout the history of our long-standing relationship with Southwest Florida’s municipalities and there engineering staffs, Hole Montes has successfully completed a multitude of utility design and inspection projects including the Fort Myers Beach Wastewater Treatment Plant conversion to MLE and improvements to the aerobic sludge digestion process; the Ballard Road Gravity Sewer and Pump Station Rehabilitation project; the North Reservoir ASR and Olga Water Treatment Plant ASR; the Fort Myers Beach Wastewater Treatment Plant Chlorine Contact Tank; assistance with renewal of operating permits for the Fort Myers Beach WWTP and Waterway Estates WWTP; study of expansion alternatives for Waterway Estates WWTP; and evaluation of chlorine contact time available at various LCU Water Treatment Plants.
