Hole Montes will provide you with the highest quality of Construction, Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services to assure that the construction process exceeds the level of standards established in the plans and specifications for your projects. Our team approach to construction projects helps to encourage open communications and quick resolution of issues. Our well developed inspector certification program for CEI staff keeps field personnel abreast of changes and assures our clients that all aspects of quality control and quality assurance testing will be maintained.
Hole Montes’ incorporation of complete construction services includes field sampling and testing of structural concrete; density testing of earthwork and asphalt; and observation and recording of tests during pipe installation, including pressure tests, deflection testing, video testing, bacteriological tests, and joint integrity testing.
All inspectors have company vehicles that are equipped with computer tablets for onsite record keeping and communications. Copies of the plans and specifications are loaded on the tablets for the inspector prior to construction. Each individual laptop (tablet) is capable of wireless connection to Hole Montes’ mainframe and internet by way of a wireless 1xEV-Do Air Card that can transfer data at a rate of 1 gigabyte per second. Internet service allows our CEI staff to receive email and access documents through a virtual private network.
