Hole Montes continues to play a significant role in the aviation field here in Southwest Florida.  Our seasoned staff has designed and provided construction administration services for many of the region’s airports, such as the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), Page Field (FMY), the Naples Municipal Airport (APF), Marco Island Executive Airport, (MKY), and the Immokalee Regional Airport (IMM).

Since 1998, Hole Montes has served as the general engineering consultant for the Lee County Port Authority. The professional staff at Hole Montes has worked hand in hand with the Lee County Port Authority to accomplish many projects related to Southwest Florida International Airport and Page Field Airport. Our veteran Aviation design and management staff has provided an array of professional services for such projects as the Runway 6-24/Taxiway-A Rehabilitation, and the conceptual design for Terminal Expansion at Southwest Florida International Airport; as well as hangar development, ramp expansion and GA Terminal Complex at Page Field Airport.

Since 1999, Hole Montes has played a significant role in assisting the Collier County Airport Authority in reaching the goals it has set for their three airport facilities — Everglades Airpark, Immokalee Regional Airport, and Marco Island Executive Airport. Hole Montes was instrumental in the Authority acquisition of county, state and federal permits for the conceptual development of the entire Immokalee Regional Airport and construction for the first phase of development. This allows the Authority to improve over 150 acres of the airport for aviation and industrial facilities to serve as an economic stimulus to the community. Hole Montes provided engineering services of the construction of both landside and airside improvements at the Immokalee Regional Airport. Hole Montes was also instrumental in obtaining the approvals of environmental and regulatory agencies for the build-out of the Marco Island Executive Airport. This allows the Authority to develop a parallel taxiway, aircraft apron, hangars and a new terminal complex. Hole Montes provided engineering services for the construction of the parallel taxiway at the Everglades Airpark.
 
Hole Montes provided engineering services to the City of Naples Airport Authority for the development of the Naples Municipal Airport since 1999. The projects included the construction of T-Hangars, replacement of the entire airfield lighting system and expansion of the parking facility for the general aviation terminal. In addition, Hole Montes provided the engineering services for numerous corporate hangar development at the Naples Municipal Airport.
